This policy explains how Modern Workplace Solutions Ltd ("MWPSL", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use mwpsl.co.uk, contact us or book a discovery call.

Who we are

What we collect and why

You book a discovery call	Name, email, phone (if given), organisation and anything you type into the booking form. This is collected by Microsoft Bookings on our behalf.	To arrange and hold the call you asked for (steps at your request before a contract; our legitimate interests in running our business).
You email us	Your email address, name and the content of your message.	To reply and follow up (legitimate interests).
You open the booking window	A security check by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical signals such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.	Keeping our booking page secure and free of abuse (legitimate interests).
You visit any page	Standard server and network logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) held by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Your browser also fetches fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address.	Delivering and securing the site (legitimate interests).

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We use these providers to run the site and the booking process: Microsoft (Microsoft 365 and Bookings, email and calendar), Cloudflare (hosting, DNS and Turnstile) and Google (Google Fonts). They process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the UK data bridge or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and any period the law requires. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by Cloudflare. (TODO(KP): confirm your own retention periods.)

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email kp@mwpsl.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
